Living at Andros Isles has been the worst experience I’ve had in Daytona — truly a zero-sum game. There are so many hidden charges they conveniently leave out until your first bill after you’ve already signed the lease. The “deposit” or “deposit eliminator” counts for nothing. And after loading you with all these extra fees, they still charge you mercilessly when you move out — even for tiny damages, including things you might have missed during move-in.

Just moved my daughter in. This was supposed to be a non-smoking facility but the place reeked of cigarettes. It’s hard to describe just how nasty this unit was. Blinds were covered in sticky brown tar from all the smoking and you couldn’t get them clean. Mold in the washing machine. Multiple broken draws and handles. Cleaning people were very nice but they said they had cleaned this apt multiple times and they still couldn’t get in clean. Went to talk to the property manager “S” and she was completely unhelpful and got smart with me when i asked how they were going to make this right saying “We don’t monitor 24x7 what people do in the apartments.” I told her about how we needed a new washer because this one was caked with mold and she said maintenance would decide if it needed to be repl

Only been here for a week and a half so I can’t say too much yet but so far it’s been great here. The pool, gym, lake, and all of the common areas are all very nice and well maintained. The people who work here have been great as well. I’ve had a couple issues pop up but they’ve been able to resolve them for me. I will keep an update as time goes on living here but so far I definitely recommend this place.

AVOID AT ALL COST! Tier F property - removed gas grills, gate always broken, never handle disturbance issues, no communication, hidden fees and charges, stolen packages. Took them 3 weeks and multiple complaints for them to finally remove some male genital drawings on the hallway walls done by the UNCONTROLLED neighbors. Beware of charges on move out. They will say it's not necessary for a MI or MO walk through, don't listen to them. Make sure you take photos and have them confirm receiving them. They charged me for damages done from prior tenant and have yet to respond to my request weeks after moving out. Attached are the Move in images. Should not have signed the lease before seeing the apartment!
