Anchor Title is the most amazing Title Company to work with at Smith Mountain Lake. They have handled many closings for us on the buyers and sellers sides of closing. They are always on top of every closing and stay in communication so that everyone knows what is going on with the transaction . Everyone there is professional and super nice!
