Anacortes Property Management

My husband and me were grateful to have found this place on Zillow when we were looking to move out here due to his military orders. When we walked into the place, we were so happy because it exceeded our expectations. We’ve lived in the place for 2 years now and unfortunately have to move again due to military orders but Peggy has been amazing through out this process. We emailed her a timeline of when the carpet cleaners and house cleaners were coming and set up a time to do the walk through with her and she was extremely happy with how we were leaving the place so clean and no damages. We also got lucky with having amazing neighbors. We highly recommend going through her and this company if you’re looking to rent.

Peggy is an absolute disaster. I found Peggy to be rude, contemptuous and very unprofessional. How many more one star reviews will it for her to take a hint. Take your hard earned money and rent else where folks!

Move in early June, couldn’t be happier! Big thanks to Peggy for her kindness, support, and timely communication whenever I have a question or concern. I absolutely love the place!

The worst and poorest management I have ever had the displeasure of renting from. The office manager is rude, condescending, lazy, untimely, unprofessional and a down right scammer. My apartment got broken into and they charged ME for the damages. I'd avoid this property management at all costs.

Said my property needed painting when it didn't. Saved my self 1000's of dollars by going to look at the property myself to realize it didn't need to be painted. In other words.. I was lied too... Find someone else to manage your properties cause Peggy aint it.
