AmpliFi Apartments

I lived at AmpliFi for about 18 months and loved my experience there. If it weren't for the fact that I needed to move for work I would've stayed long term. The leasing team made the move in process and stay easy and the maintenance team was quick to respond to any issues. Always felt safe in the complex and while I didn't attend any events, the building takes the time to hold frequent events for residents. Would highly recommend for those looking for a place to be.

Love living here. Love the amenities. Leasing staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance teams responds quick. Modern appliances and the in unit washer/dryer are amazing.

The AmpliFi community is a great way of living. From the start the Leasing Staff made the move in easy and convenient. And the maintenance staff continues to astonish me by being so quick to fix issues. Everyone is friendly here and that makes the environment and experience that much more enjoyable!

Out of the 4 places I've lived at in Orange County, ranging from Anaheim to Tustin, this is probably the best of them all. Secured parking garage, night patrol, in unit laundry, dog friendly, ac unit, friendly staff, visitor parking in the garage and around street, and the amenities. It's too good to be true! I've lived here now for about 2 months and we don't even want to buy a house, this is as good as we'll get it as anything is a huge downgrade. Friendly residents too and can walk to DTF! Not sure why there's so many negative reviews on a place that lets you live your best life in a saltwater pool.

Absolutely loved living here! The amenities were incredible - we used the pool frequently, went to the gym daily, and even rented out the game room for a party and it was perfect. It truly felt like a home rather than just an apartment complex. The entire staff and front office where responsive and friendly, I don’t have a bad thing to say and would recommend Amplifi to everyone!
