Ed and APM made the application and leasing process for our new home very easy. While a more modern paperless system would have been appreciated, their team provided step-by-step instructions so you will never feel overwhelmed. Ed was extremely knowledgable and timely in his communications with us. The apartment which is now over 35 years old has clearly been shown tremendous attention and care and is in stellar condition - in addition to renovations that provide modern amenities. If you are looking for a fair rate and a professional team I can not recommend this group enough if they have any available units.

He was also very flexible as he was willing to work around our busy work schedules. He made the process easy for us and in the end we got a beautiful apartment in Sawtelle. We had a really really positive experience working with Ed and his team to rent our home. To say Ed was diligent would be an understatement. He was 100% committed to making sure our home was spotless and totally refreshed before move in and he even got us in a few days early!! Ed was extremely helpful and understanding! We had mold problems in our old apartment, so we needed to be able to move out in 2-3 days. Ed showed us multiple properties the first day and then the next day we had completed our application and signed a lease. He was very friendly and made the process as smooth as it could possibly be.
