American Legend Homes - RainDance

Do not buy from this builder! Houses are a great floor plan but shotty builds with many problems that they only half ass fix in “warranty period”. Like cracking from settling, they will paint over not fix the problem. Doors frequently don’t shut, cracked concrete from not putting rebar in, cracked tile which they have the done twice, bumps in carpet. This house is 1 yr 3 months old and now every problem is our issue to fix. Pick a builder who will stand behind their name.

Awesome community great people. We just bought our lot and cannot wait for our house to come to life. Very excited to say the least. An update to my last review. We just closed on our beautiful dream home today. I cannot say enough great things about American Legend Homes first of all. Nicole and Irish Jerry are amazing people. They are thorough and patient, they went above and beyond every single time. The rain dance community is amazing. The entire experience with American Legend has been fantastic. Our sales lead, Nicole, guided us through the process and found a way to accommodate every addition or change we asked for. Our Construction Manager, Ben, expertly managed the construction of the home and his attention to detail was second to none. Both Nicole and Ben held weekly calls with us to give us a progress update and answer any questions. The home was finished on schedule and with an incredible level of quality. There are a lot of residential builders in this area, but you can save yourself some time – American Legend should be your first and only stop if you’re looking for a new home.

From the very beginning Nicole and her team at American Legend Homes were truly amazing. The quality was beyond what we expected. Their whole team were great to work with, and very professional. Ethan, construction manager communicated throughout the entire process and never left us wondering. There were several trades involved in the overall construction and made sure the work was coordinated so that there were no delays and kept the work flowing so that it was completed in the timeframe he initially gave to us. We would recommend American Legends Homes to anyone!
