Amelia Station

The Staff and treatment is incredible! They are so kind and thoughtful in everything they do! We truly feel cared for and find a lot of comfort & Trust in these hard working, diligent employees! "Well done Amelia Station" The apartment fits just right with all the perks!(Gym, Hangout room, Pool Table etc.) Shout out to Sara, Lauren, & Kaitlyn that makes this all possible! They are Kind, Loving, Generous, and over the top wonderful! They truly are the best, and they even got us Hot Chocolate! ☕️

I’ve lived here for four years, and in the beginning, I really loved it. Unfortunately, the quality of living has gone downhill over time. The best thing about this place is the maintenance team, they are reliable and quick to respond. Outside of that, I can’t recommend it anymore. Complaints about noise and other issues don’t seem to be handled. I’m especially frustrated with the constant noise from the neighbors above me. I’ve made countless complaints, yet nothing has been done, and at this point, my sleep schedule feels completely determined by them. This used to be a great place to live, but now it’s just disappointing.

I love the amenities & overall the apartment complex, it just sucks that our apartment had so many issues. We have to keep bugging them to do it. It’s ridiculous, I get it they’re busy. But it sucks, we need our stuff fixed!! Nice people who live here though! It’s a pretty place, just has a few niches. I won’t complain about the roaches, because we didn’t see many & every place has roaches.

Nice area and all but a couple things. There is one compact for the whole entire apartment complex and they act like we cant throw away anything but trash otherwise we get fined. But boxes and other big household items is a no. Also we are not allowed to put what we want on our balconies otherwise its another fine. Its like we pay so much for these apartments just to be forced to live a certain way. There are quite a few other issues trust me.

The only good thing about this place is the amenities. However, the pool is closed often - at least once a week, and the 'upkeep' is always done midsummer, when the pool is in use. The door to the fitness room is messed up and the fitness room is in disarray every time I go in. The $80 per month WiFi is horrible, we often just use our mobile data. The rent goes up about 10% every year. When I've called for maintenance to fix a toilet, I was left a nasty note stating , "Quit breaking stuff." And, when my ac wasn't working, it took 3 maintenance guys to fix it. The first 2 turned it off & back on; when the fan started up they said it wasn't broken, but didn't stick around or check back to see that it still did not blow cold air. The 3rd guy said it was an electrical issue. It took him all da
