Chelsea Keener is the best realtor I've work with in my 35 years of owning properties. She is smart, professional, proactive and a great listener. We did most of the house hunting remotely as well as the closing. When we did our onsite visit to the island, she gave us many choices to look at and organized an efficient schedule. Chelsea has a great attention to detail. She suggested excellent people for the ancillary services required to complete the closing and coordinated closely with them on our behalf. Rooms are out dated, food is good in some places and lacking in other's for the price. The staff is super friendly and the beach access is nice. Ordering food could be easier with an app. The golf courses are nice and they have putt putt for the kid's, Beautiful nature scenery.
