I was in the process of selling my home in New Hampshire and was starting the process to locate a new home around Amelia Island, Fernandina. Little did I know how fortunate I was to have met Tara and her team at Amelia Coastal Realty. It is very difficult to look at property from 1300 miles away but Tara was amazing. We rent a property managed by ACR and have had nothing short of a great experience! Andrea has been so easy to work with and makes it a super easy process! As a contractor that has done work for them as well, they pay quickly and approve scopes that make sense for the project. We're happy to be a tenant and subcontractor for them!

As a tenant of a commercial property ( Yulee Corners) managed by ACR, I have had a very negative experience. ACR has been neglectful of the property. There is trash piled up in the shrubs and around trash dumpster. This trash has been here for months not just weeks. There are parking issues that have been long term with no resolvement efforts by ACR. As a Business Owner in Yulee Corners I care about the property being clean and well kept. ACR's response when I report issues is to make me feel like I am the problem and to set up barriers so I cant report problems. From my experience with ACR, I do not recommend them as a Property Manager.
