I've lived here for over two years and will be renewing again. Diego has been a great point of contact, the property is well maintained and the living space exceeds expectations. Can't complain!

My move in experience has been easy and great so far! Going through the application process was simple and the management was very communicative throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend looking into these apartments!

Very great place to live my girlfriend and I just moved in recently and it was a very smooth and quick process. Diego the leasing manager is great and very well to work with makes sure everything is perfect for your move I would give Diego and everything else more than 5 stars if I could.

We had the best experience staying here. The Manager, Diego, is always available, understanding, and super helpful. You can tell he cares about his job and the residents. He was always responsive and attentive for any questions or issues at had. We would have loved to stay longer, but we moved out of the county. Brand new living spaces, clean designs, great fitness center and spacious pool and hot tub. Close to the 101. I would recommend to anyone who wants to live in the beautiful city of Camarillo!

I can’t say enough good things about my apartment manager, Diego. From day one, he has gone above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and supported. He’s incredibly professional, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. What really sets Diego apart is his willingness to go the extra mile—whether it’s helping me find the perfect apartment, promptly handling any concerns, or simply being kind and understanding in every interaction. I also want to give a big shoutout to Shane, the maintenance manager. He’s efficient, helpful, and always gets things taken care of quickly.
