Amberton Apartments

I’ve really enjoyed living at Amberton! The community is quiet, clean, and feels very welcoming. The office staff is always friendly and helpful whenever I have questions, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. The apartments are spacious with a nice layout, and I love that the property is well-kept. Parking is convenient, and I feel safe living here. The location is also a big plus — close to shopping, restaurants, and everything you need. Overall, Amberton has been a great place to call home, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed apartment community!

Absolutely love it here! This complex is accommodating and safe. It’s quiet and the maintenance team keeps up with all of our needs! The management team has fun events to bring us together & makes it their top priority to put us first. I haven’t had any issues my time here. If you’re looking for a nice and affordable home with a communicative community, then this is your spot!

This will be my second year residing here. During my first year upon moving in, I was uncertain whether I would remain for another year; however, I greatly appreciate the community. The management team is exceptional; they take care of any issues that arise. Additionally, the maintenance staff ensures the environment remains very clean and quiet.

I lived at Amberton for one year and I loved it! Parking was always plentiful and available. While walking my dog, even in the dark, I felt like I was in a safe, well lit, quiet, park-like setting. The location was great! It is near major highways, stores, and parks/trails. The pool and gym were never crowded and always clean. Maintenance and Randi in the main office were always quick to respond and very proactive. It is a small complex and Randi always knew everyone's name, apt. number, dog's name, my name, etc. which made me feel recognized, safe, and comfortable. The neighbors were quiet, friendly, and kept to themselves. There are community events a couple times a month as well.
