It was good for a while. But absolutely horrendous at the end. A lot of miscommunication, loud neighbors, broken washer for 2 months. And now they’re charging us “pet” carpet damage when we didn’t even have pets. Horrible. Editing to add a star. They did resolve our carpet issue and were apologetic for the other issues, which I appreciate. Also, Hannah who works in the front office was always really kind and understanding. This would be a good spot to live for younger or older couples with no pets or kids. It has a nice pool and gym. Just wasn't the right spot for me and my family.

My husband and I lived in Amazon Falls for over two years, and while we genuinely hoped it would be a long-term home, our overall experience was disappointing. I’m writing this review to help others make an informed decision before leasing here. -Extremely Thin Walls The walls provide almost no sound insulation. We could hear full conversations from neighbors, including both sides of their phone calls. When a neighbor played the piano, it often sounded like it was inside our unit. Privacy is essentially nonexistent. -Dangerous Exit Onto the Highway The only entrance and exit for Amazon Falls is directly onto the highway and truly unsafe. Only one way to get into the complex (Good luck entering the main highway during ANY traffic), Appliances broke constantly, No playground for the kids - they instead play in the parking lots, Different Managers/admin will tell you different things which are misleading and seemed kinda 'scammy' at times. Not worth the Hassel, find a different place to rent folks!
