Mr Dodson is one of the worst humans I have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional and extremely arrogant, also very ignorant to laws/regulations. I had to file a lawsuit against him because he refused to discuss a very basic business matter, he wouldn’t respond to emails, texts, calls, or mail. Eventually the issue was resolved in court and I was awarded a judgment that was double the amount Mr Dodson owed me. Then he refused to pay the judgment and I had to have the local constable collect the money under threat of seizing property and selling it to satisfy the judgment. I would advise anyone that is considering doing any type of business with him to run away as quickly as possible.

Michael was awesome to work with. He was fast and efficient and we closed in 4 days. He was very knowledgeable about the process and what to expect each step of the way. Highly recommend!
