Amalfi at Tuscan Lakes

We have been here for almost 6 months and have loved it. The office staff, especially Sheila, are very personable and kind. Sheila has helped us with several questions and given us prompt answers. Everyone is very nice to talk to and you can tell they actually care about the residents. Maintenance is great and will usually come same day to fix any issues! The landscaping is great and we have not had many issues with our neighbors, and usually the property is very calm and quiet. I would definitely recommend Amalfi to anyone looking for apartments in this area!

4/9/25 Updated 6/18/25 I have lived at Amalfi for 6 years, 2019-2025. I believe in leaving an honest review of my experience here as it has changed since I first moved in and am just disappointed. The consistent thing has been the AMAZING maintenance crew, Megan and Sheila who have been there for years, and the neighbors and friends I got to make! It's not all bad. I have included pictures of just some of the property for reference. I was proud to live here because of how well it was maintained by the previous company and manager. The grounds were well maintained, plants replaced regularly, mulch replaced bi-yearly. No more with this new company. Their pictures look nice but they’re edited for what they want you to see. I called Amalfi home for almost three years. Amalfi is such a wonderful place to live! The property is quiet and beautiful, the maintenance staff is very quick and attentive, and the front office is friendly and helpful. The leasing office manager Michelle is awesome- she is so kind and willing to work with your situation. I highly recommend Amalfi if you are looking somewhere to live in League city !

I’ve had an excellent experience at Amalfi at Tuscan Lakes! Megan, Sheila, and Michelle in the office are truly amazing; always professional, helpful, and incredibly sweet. They make everything so easy and welcoming. Antonio from the maintenance team is outstanding as well; he’s prompt, knowledgeable, and does a fantastic job every time. I’m very pleased with everyone here and couldn’t ask for a better team. Highly recommend! ⭐️

We've lived here almost seven years. The office staff has always been not just helpful but professional and willing to work with us in many ways. The amenities are awesome, especially the pool area. We feel so blessed to be home each day.
