Altitude

I love living at Altitude! Nice landscaping, clean, quiet and friendly staff and neighbors. A huge part of living here is feeling safe. I work late hours and when leaving I will see security driving through the complex. Another huge plus is the maintenence team! Nick is the best! Very timely, accommodating and so polite! He will even take the time to show me how he fixed the problem! Definitely a hidden gem right here in Golden!

I want to give a big shout out to both Lynn and Nick for always going above and beyond when it comes to helping me out. Lynn was very helpful and dedicated during my application process. Nick has always been on point when I put in a maintenance request. I appreciate the both of them very much. Altitude is very grateful to them!

I absolutely love living at Altitude! It's like a dream come true. The safety of the neighborhood and community are of utmost importance to me and this place delivers! I feel completely secure and safe here. And the neighborhood is incredible. Downtown Golden just a few blocks away, so many restaurants and shops, etc. It's just a wonderful community and I absolutely recommend it to anyone and everyone looking for a beautiful, fun, and safe place to live.

It's been a long time since we've had someone who arrives with a smile, does his job quickly and professionally... and is still smiling when he's done. Also, his team is also very friendly and professional, Always looking to please the residents.

Can’t say enough about the staff at Altitude! Nick, head of maintenance is quick and sharp on anything I ever need! Lynn is the glue that holds this tight knit community together! The property is warm, dog friendly, and family oriented! Best spot in Golden to raise a family! We love living here!!
