Altamira

I have been in this apartment for about a year and absolutely adore it. It is such a good location and I felt very safe walking my dog around the nearby neighborhoods even at night. All of the neighbors I had were very friendly. Brittany and Steve are great and quick to help if anything needs fixed. If I wasn’t moving out of Tucson I 100% would’ve renewed my lease here! The balcony view I had was unbeatable with the mountains to the left and the city lights to the right, it was my favorite peaceful place to hang out.

I lived in Tucson for a year for a my residency and am so happy I found Altamira. Mary is welcoming, knowledgeable, and very receptive. She and Steve always respond to requests very quickly and go out of their way to make experiences positive. The gym is small but had enough equipment for me to work out there on a daily basis. The community is quiet and everyone I met in the neighborhood was kind. My favorite part was the view from my patio!

I have lived here for almost 5 years. It was hard at first when these guys living above me. They made so much noise and the walls are pretty thin, you can hear everything. However, once they left, I got to actually enjoy my apartment. I love the staff at Altamira. Mary used to work here and she was amazing, and now Brittany has filled her shoes and is the sweetest! Steve the maintenance guy is so great. The location is great, and I love living here!

I had a wonderful experience living at Altamira. Brittany was so kind and helpful and the maintenance people are also great and answered promptly to any issues I had. I encountered a mouse problem that was handled within 3 days by pest control. I also only saw one roach here in my entire time. I had to break my lease early and only had to pay one months extra rent with no penalty fee, unlike other places in Tucson where you need to pay all remaining months rent as well as a thousand dollars penalty fee. Living here you feel taken care of and you are not nickeled and dimed for anything. Also, the apartments are well-kept, clean, quiet, and beautiful. The property feels very safe and peaceful. I HIGHLY recommend living here, and genuinely have no complaints.

My husband and I moved to Tucson from Ohio, seven months ago. We rented our apartment over the phone without seeing it. We had never set foot in Tucson. Part of the reason we chose Tucson was the care of the Altamira staff over the phone! When we walked into our apartment for the first time, we felt like we had just won the lottery! Our front balcony faces the beautiful Catalina's and the Tucson mountains are our view from the back balcony. I have included a photo from our back balcony. Stunning sunsets, wildlife, city lights, multiple fireworks displays on the 4th of July, swimming in a gorgeous pool, landscaped grounds, safe community with great neighbors who watch our for one another, easy access to long walks through the foothills, the very best farmer's market right across the street,
