I rented my property through Alpha Properties. Very good experience. Applicants are thoroughly credit-checked. Moreover, they make sure the property is in good condition before taking over for rent. Carlos is very good at suggesting options. Highly satisfied with the staff who helped in taking care of the property before renting.

Stay away from these people at all cost. It was a terrible experience renting with them, every time I would give the office a call nobody would pick up and nobody would ever return any messages. When it came to moving out, they were completely dishonest, and charged us over half of our safety deposit. they also were forcing us to go out of our pocket to have the apartment cleaned, and the carpets professionally cleaned, but that was never in the lease document. After the carpets were cleaned by professional and we moved out, they still charged us for carpet cleaning. These people are completely dishonest and we’re charging for whatever they felt like. I could and no good faith ever recommend these people to anybody.

Avoid this company at all cost. Like everyone has stated, the will find any excuse to hold your security deposit. They refused to meet us to do a final walkthrough, and insisted that we leave the home unlocked with the keys inside the drawer. Nearly a month later, the kept our entire deposit ($2250) and trying to charge us additional fees. We have pictures and videos of what the house looked like prior to moving in and moving out. We will be heading to court. This company is a ripoff! We have always received 100% of our rental deposits back--always. Not only this, we signed a two year lease and renewed it for an additional two years. They didn't honor the renewal and tried to add $100 additional fees for the 2nd year. This is why we left. Wow, worst I’ve ever dealt with. Never responsive to our needs and then basically stole more than half of our security deposit. Consider your security deposit gone, and part of your rent for the duration of the lease. Seek properties not managed by this company. Word of warning.

We had dealt with Alpha Property Management in Greenville for 3 year while renting a home on Honeysuckle Drive. We put a great deal of elbow grease into the home and cleared the nonexistent landscaping around the home and added mulch and plants. We had someone come in and clear the overgrown 1 acre parcel and had multiple neighbors compliment us on the outward appearance from what it had been. I cut up a tree that had fallen across the driveway saving the homeowner the expense, replaced cheap toilet seats with ceramic ones and replaced the rusty nasty vents throughout the home. The counter tops looked like paint had been slopped all over with big dried paint puddles on top. I scraped up the nasty paint blotches and turned the counter tops into something nice and presentable, only to have o
