At first they were pretty good at being out landlords, we ended up staying with them for almost 5 years. Didn’t realize our lease went up and we were being on a month to month only for them to give me a random email stating they were not renewing our lease for the following month out of nowhere. When I called to inquire as to where this was coming from due to it being a month from Christmas they stated the “Owner decided not to renew your lease because of unreported damages to the bathroom ceiling” in reference to our latest walkthrough. We mentioned we noticed some drops coming thru the ceilings a few days ago because of a rain also disregarding the fact that we had brought up the rain leaking thru August of 2024 and they sent a “Vendor” out to fix which obviously wasn’t fixed correctly.

If I could give negative stars, I would! I am an out of state landlord and hired Alpha and Omega to be my property managers. They would not let me choose my own finishes, my own paint colors, my own cabinetry, my own flooring, NOTHING. They want all "their" properties to look uniform because it's "easier" for them. The pictures attached are a turnover/remodel of a vacant unit I own. The work, craftsmanship, and construction knowledge is horrendous. This "remodel" took 8 weeks for a 2 week job and they use their own "contractors" to do the work. You are allowed to use your own contractor but they will not manage that contractor in any way or check up on their work for you. Wasted a lot of time and gas to look at a property that upon arrival the bathtub was taken apart. The railing was missing multiple pieces which is a safety concern, and there was a very obvious rodent infestation. The house was dirty and We had some questions that we wanted to answer before we agreed to rent it and instead of answering those questions in a timely manner, they let somebody Else put a deposit down simply because they were ready to move into a nasty house, dodged a bullet

They got me approved and moved in quickly ! Beautiful house , been nice and helpful from the start and even got a house warming gift and everything! I appreciate them a lot!
