Almond Knolls

I had a really great experience living at Almond Knolls. The community is quiet, well maintained, and overall a very pleasant place to live. Brenda, the manager, is incredibly sweet, kind, and always helpful. She was always responsive and made the whole experience very smooth. I only moved out because I needed a larger space, but honestly if it weren’t for that I would have happily stayed longer. I’m very grateful for my time there and truly recommend Almond Knolls to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.

This apartment is a scam! The communication from the leasing office is non existent. The staff is incredibly unprofessional and disorganized. My lease was not provided until the day before my move in, even though I had been contacting them tirelessly to get an estimate of how much my move in costs would be. I had to call countless times and show up unannounced in order to simply get a tour of the apartment even though I was “scheduled” for one. They confused me with another tenant during the leasing process.The website and the leasing team did not disclose the deposit, which for the record is 1 months rent. I was supposed to be moving tomorrow and now looking for another place for my daughter and I to stay. This has been the worst and most frustrating experience I have had while moving to

Toured many apartments in the city of Antioch, with Almond Knolls always being at the top of my list. All things considered, I’m glad I chose to live here.

Worst apartments I’ve moved into. Moved in and out in one month. And the parking is horrible, on top of the fact you can’t have two cars, you aren’t allowed to park another car in your own stall even if your car isn’t there. There are a lot of red flags the moment you move in💯

Should have provided mire parking for your tenants...maybe instead of a dig park. Lived here 30 yrs. The parking on the street is just a mess. Near misses all the time as ppl parallel parking on a blind hill!
