Allure Title Company

We’re having a frustrating time dealing with this Title Company. The buyers and I had a solid arrangement and these people keep screwing it up. I can’t tell you if they’re deliberately doing this to make more money and in turn making it difficult for both parties. If you’re smart, stay away from these people. Lawyers being involved equals disaster.

We worked with Kristy at the Niceville branch and she was professional and very helpful. Everything went smoothly for closing. Any time there was a hiccup during the weeks building up to closing, Kristy was reassuring and helped us get through it.
