Our experience with this property management was extremely disappointing. From the start, the home was much more worn and damaged than the listing photos showed. I had asked for a video walkthrough since we were moving from out of state, but was told photos would suffice. Unfortunately, those photos did not reflect the true condition of the home. Shortly after moving in, the ceiling in the children’s bedroom began flaking and peeling. It took management more than six months to address this, leaving my family in unsafe conditions. On top of that, we had to call maintenance nearly every month for a leaking toilet that was never fully repaired.
