We highly recommend UTR Construction. Every aspect of the service they provide is excellent. We had storm damage and were having issues dealing with our insurance company. UTR provided a Public Adjustor; Robert Malcolm, who worked for us in obtaining enough $$$ to properly repair our home. All staff that we encountered were professional and friendly. The paint crew did an outstanding job. They worked tirelessly repairing damaged siding and the house looks great. Finally, we had our gutters replaced and once again the work ethic and finished product were awesome. Dan was great. If you need any work done on your home, call Dion or Scott. Scott and company did an excellent job taking care of our water and termite damage. Great communication throughout the process, especially in regards to dealing with insurance in order to get the repair covered.

We contacted UTR to complete some work on our chimney surround that another company started but did not finish. They built a new cap and finished painting the surround plus we had them finish painting the upper peak on the side of the house that had also been repaired. We were very impressed with there work and professionalism. We decided to go with UTR to replace the roof. Scott, the project manager was fantastic in helping us make the choices on color and style. We plan on using UTR to finish painting the rest of the house. We would highly recommend UTR for any repairs and construction needed on your house.
