They don't answer the phone, you have to be connected to their line to even talk to anyone, a bit rude with answering certain questions and the person who transfer you to an agent is nice. The first home I toured, I got sick immediately going to look at the hallway bathroom! The two bathrooms were horrible! The first bathroom has mold & mildew that literally takes your breath away! I toured a single-family rental listed by this company and was disappointed that the condition of the home did not match the expectations set by the listing. The description states the home is "ready for you to call it home," yet during the tour there were visible paint streaks in some areas of the walls, the property had not been professionally cleaned, the garage door was dented, the countertop near the sink was raised, and the toilet paper holder in one of the bathrooms was coming out of the wall, and the bottom trim of refrigerator was coming off. The property has been on the market for roughly 40 days. This is the first company to rent from. They charge all this money for deposit thy they come up with bs to keep. This home was infested with rodents. I contacted them they placed sticky pads on the front door for me to go in the attic and put up myself. I had to tap my attic, holes in the garage walls to try keep the rodents from coming inside my home. Mold was discovered which they didn’t do anything about it. I understand that this is a property management group, but whomever owns the house I rent from needs to do some serious evaluation with this company. This is the 2nd time I’ve had a delayed maintenance request. Foundation work, crap paint job, etc. The first occasion was a busted water pipe and I was without water for over 24 hours with them being notified. They had to be called 3 times for it to be fixed. Whoever owns the homes rented through here needs to more involved.

I am sorry but I need to write this honest review. The property I live in is good place to raise family and children. It is close to excellent school district and we have good neighbors. Few times I had maintenance issues and the maintenance guy came and help as required and within a reasonable time. Here is my problem. Everyone knows about the summer this year here in Mississippi. In one weekend, our AC needed urgent repair and I called maintenance guy (because I had his personal cellphone number) who came to check it out (in his birthday). He tried to fix the issue but he is not AC specialist, he was not successful. It was extremely hot. He tried to communicate back to the company leadership but he got no answer (it was weekend).
