Allora Gosling

I wanted write a special thank you to Gloria who was incredible in—not only helping me find the right apartment; but following up with me. She is genuinely the most welcoming, patient, and caring leasing agent I've ever worked with. The entire time, she made the whole process feel calm and easy. She answered every question I had, explained everything clearly and provided continued support throughout the leasing process. I truly felt taken care of from start to finish—highly recommend Gloria and Allora Gosling!

I’ve been here at Allora Gosling for two years. I don’t have many complaints but I must warn others of the biggest problems here. The first would be how badly sound transfers between units. If you value your peace get a top floor unit. These units are not made to be noise isolating, instead footsteps and things like that are enhanced to the maximum degree. I have to wake up when the person aboves me wakes up (5am) because his foot steps startle me & sounds like he’s in my unit. My ceiling is his hardwood floor. There’s obviously nothing in between. I can clearly hear conversations from the tenant above me and beside me. Noise travels in these units. I’ve never experienced such a thing before! BEWARE. SECONDLY, the paint or whatever this material is on the wall stains easily and cannot be

The experience was great. Each team member we encountered displayed a level Of professionalism. I, most of all, appreciate Gloria and Ruth. They are kind spirited, professional, and eager to make you welcome before you even get an approval. They made the process worry free.

Josephine and Gloria have been nothing short of perfect. From getting me moved in, to being so timely and efficient with any help I may need! They are the reason why Allora Gosling is so great! Thank you ladies for your outstanding support and help! #270

I’m convinced we don’t have a 24 hour maintenance team which is insane. I have lived here for over a year and last night was my second time putting in a request for emergency service (after hour service) and both times I never received a call. Meaning if you are without heat or cool air. If you are in a 1 bedroom and your toilet stops working THERE IS NO ONE TO HELP UNTIL THE OFFICE OPENS. I have never lived in an apartment that does not have emergency service.. unacceptable!
