Absolutely the most inept property management company to exist. DO NOT use this company to manage any properties ever. We were charged late fees for the past 5 months despite paying on time, every time, through the utilization of auto pay. We assumed the late fees were a mistake, so we emailed Alliant- never to hear back. We emailed a total of FOUR separate times. We eventually went online to leave a 1 star review because we were so frustrated and disappointed by the service. Only then did we get a response from Alliant. Once we did hear back, the response was awful. They "kindly" offered to refund us ONE of SIX late fees. Late fees we were inappropriately charged, and that they did not help with. I understand a roofing tile falling onto our car is not the property managements fault, but come on, it’s been over a month now that I notified the property management to have this mitigated and still not a single correspondence. That roofing tile could of landed on one of my kids, but thankfully only landed on our car and broke our windshield. As always, we’ve been brushed off, because it seems like we are not even important enough to respond to.

I have had the privilege to work with many of the property managers at Alliant. They have always been professional and handled their inquires quickly and efficiently. I want to thank Alliant for their dedication to service and quality of performance over the years.

I can't tell you how inept this company is. I had to fill out an application for a guest that was riddled with grammatical errors. It looked like a 5 year old wrote it. This year's property manager (high turn around) gave me the name of the landscaping company that other residents told me we don't use. Where was she getting the information? That email was also barely able to be deciphered. I am waiting on an email to cite a specific violation. Let's pull p a chair for this side-show. I have my condo docs ready, that I got in their office last year, to reference. Hmmm, I wonder if this company can find the violation. I bet they don't.
