My Dad rented a duplex from Alliance. From the move in to the move out, EVERYTHING went smoothly and efficiently. Everyone in the office is helpful, knowledgeable and kind. They answer the phone and communicate well. I worked with Trisha, Stephanie and Mason. Each of them went above and beyond to help ensure that my Dad had a great place to live. I love it cause there are only 20 apts.& my neighbors are all good. Alliance has been there- to fix whatever I needed fixed quickly& efficiently. I have a lovely place to live. I thanked God. I had prayed when I was looking for a place& I believe God gave me Oak Trails.

Our family loves Alliance! They have been great with us when we need them. We keep renewing our lease because they are so understanding and so on it when we need them the most. I definitely would recommend leasing with them if you can. You won’t regret it!
