Allen Ranch Estates is such a great community…awesome townhouses with all the amenities one could need, including a washer and dryer in your unit!! The management is great, takes care of everything!! A nice place to live!!!

Best place we have EVER lived. Randy is the best landlord we have ever experienced (not an exaggeration) the neighborhood is safe, the housing is lovely and spacious. If we decide in the future to not buy a house, I can see us living here forever. 😱❤️❤️❤️

new landlord casey is rude and unplesent to deal with. She always leaves the ofice early by 3:00 and is slow to respond to calls or question. overall just very rude and unprofessional short tempered. lynn the old manage was amazing wish they would bring her back or get someone more polite and personable.

Nice place. Cozy town homes. Quiet streets. The onsite manager Lynn is really nice and helpful. Close to Albertsons gas and fast food. Close to Josephine county fairgrounds.
