Allandale Village Apartments

Extremely disappointed and honestly angry with how this place is managed. My bathroom ceiling literally collapsed because of rusty pipes, causing water leaks everywhere and dangerous mold. I reported it over and over, and the office still reacted with zero urgency and terrible communication. The neglect, the delays, and the lack of responsibility were unbelievable. No resident should have to live like this. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone.

The neighborhood itself is quiet. Management however could use work. I had mold growing in my bathroom and management simply would not rectify the issue. The buildings are old and outdated and they simply refuse to fix any issues unless you make a fuss.

I am the mail lady who delivers the mail at the apartments and I must say The manager Janice and Co manager Tiziana are very professional. When I need a snack or to use the restroom they are always there. Also when I have a question about the residence as far as move outs to update the labels for n the mailbox I just ask. Also I had to mention the maintenance men Daniel and Bill who are the coolest people, they always speak me when they see me.

It’s been 3 months and change! It’s good so far the lady at the office is so nice they make me feel so comfortable and they are so helpful! This is my first time renting on my own and I been to look at other places but something about this place and the warmth welcome and help form the ladies in the office made me feel right at home!!!!!🙏

My refrigerator Freezer was not functioning adequately. I spoke to Titian she made accommodations by allowing me to store items in Apt. G2 which was empty. That was such a great help, since I had gone food shopping on that Friday. I reported it on Saturday. She notified maintenance and was told it could be the compressor. Maintenance replaced my appliance a week later on Monday, December 22nd. I appreciate the diligence performed on all parties with resolving this issue. My only suggestion is this, if someone had given me a heads up it would have allowed me time to remove food without a delay. The movers waited a few minutes, while I and a maintenance staff removed my items out of the old refrigerator. Overall, I was very satisfied and truly appreciate the Allandale Maintenance Team. Than
