All Gold Property is absolutely amazing! I've been in the High Desert (Victorville) for the last 10 yrs. Mike, and Fred gave my family and I our first chance to really get on our feet when no one else would back in 2015, and we have stayed at that very same property all this time! Until today! All Gold Property came through with flying colors once again and has found my family and I a beautiful 3 bed 2 bath house in a beautiful neighborhood! My family and I are so greatly blessed to have a property management team that is absolutely 100% professional, and works well together to find families a place to call home in a timely fashion! I would give this place no stars!! If you have a family and are looking for a place to rent. I suggest you look somewhere else! This place turned my family down without even knowing anything about our income or credit history and straight up said they would not rent us a house because we have kids and blamed it on the owner. But when we spoke to the owner. The owner said that Fred advised them not to rent to a family with kids. Who else would want such a big house if they didn’t have kids? Don’t know what type of people they’re looking for but definitely not decent families that want a good place for their children. So sad what this world has become.

I’m realizing there’s a lot of fake reviews for this company. They were expecting us to give them full months rent plus deposit before the house was even ready and when we asked for a push back date for move in to ensure we weren’t gonna get scammed, it was a straight no. Even after all the efforts we put in to make sure the house was looked after. Not a risk we were willing to take.

The best management company. They care about their tenants.
