All 4 U Property Management

I wouldn’t recommend All 4 You to anyone. We fell behind on rent, and they told us we could make payments to catch up. While we were trying to arrange that, they suddenly threw out all of our belongings — even after the office said we could come get our furniture. They gave us mixed messages and no proper notice. The whole experience was stressful and unprofessional. No one deserves to be treated this way. I’m seeing someone about it

I called them to pay off my past due rent, I kindly asked if they can take down my personal & sensitive information off their public website that I didn’t consent to, they have my full name, last 4 of my social, who lived in the apartment, the months owed, & also where I worked all on full display. Amy was incredibly rude I’m talking insanely. Long story short Amy refused to take it down because “she has every right to” keep it up even if I paid off my past due. I’m working with some attorneys now about this. This is just to warn others of what can & will happen.

When me and my family first rented our house we loved it but things took a turn when the home owners didn't make sure that everything was straight for the house and still yet hasn't been fixed. And then All 4 U didn't try to make it any better for us and only got the minimal fixed. But once the neighbors called about our dogs the owner were quick to throw our dogs out. I will never recommend them for anyone

Brenda claims I didn’t pay my rent when it’s on my bank statement that I did. She told me I owed 1100 and I refused to pay so we went to court and she lied saying that she failed to get in contact with me and never spoke with me. When I spoke with them Friday then they said that they had only found 1 payment for that day that I supposedly paid but when we showed up to court all of a sudden there were 2 payments made and she just needed me to verify what my last 4 digits of my card number was it’s just giving messy. Someone tried to pocket my money or she wants me evicted IMMEDIATELY to get that fresh 1500 deposit. They judge ruled in her favor “the privilege card” because I wasted her time in filing a motion which should have never been filed in the FIRST PLACE ! And I have to pay all the

Stay away!!!! I gave Brenda Blue double security on Friday and by Monday she had blocked me from being able to call her cell phone. She was so nice before she got 3 times the rent then she blocked me after she had my money. The place that she rented me reeks of dead rats. It is infested with roaches. I had to have the place exterminated before I could even unpack. I asked the owner to come by so that he could see the roaches after I had the power turned on. He told me " This is a common area and I have done all that I am going to do so buy a can of spray.". Brenda says to contact her if you have any problems at all. She doesn't mean it. She Also never told me that they require double security until the day before I was due to sign the lease. Please please please don't trust this woman!
