I cannot say enough good things about Ali. She happened to be the agent showing me the first house in my search and I immediately liked her and decided to "hire" her as my realtor. I found her super accommodating, flexible, responsive and reliable. We sometimes saw up to nine properties in one day since I was coming from out of town, and she was always well-prepared and organized, with a well-planned itinerary, handing me the listings of all houses with relevant information highlighted and comps she had researched noted. What I most appreciated about Ali was that it was a pleasure visiting houses with her, discussing the pros and cons, feeling very supported and NEVER pressured! Alison is such a nice, professional, caring, responsible and kind lady. I live out of town and she helped me to sell my property with some very touch situation. She took care of my property when the property was empty and went there from time to time to make sure everything is OK. If you have a property either to buy or sell, Ali is your best choice.

Alison not only did EVERYTHING a professional and top-notch agent should do, she went WAY above-and-beyond expectations. From the start of the process to the end, cannot say how impressed we were with her. Always helpful, consistently found houses for us to consider, always on time for showings and appointments and knowledgeable through and through. She is not only delightful to work with, she is a creative and effective problem solver, will go to bat for you even months after you close if need be, and so so thoughtful.
