Alison Pointe

I lived here for about a year and just recently moved away I wanna rate 5 stars because we never had a single issue here bug wise very clean properties with a nice community to walk dogs we had 1 or 2 maintenance issues that was fixed and resolved same day with very friendly staff and everyone from the office building to maintenance was wonderful very friendly and inviting would definitely recommend. at the time of our lease it was very affordable our rent was going to go up if we had signed another lease so that is the only downside I would say.

Best Apartment Complex in Town!!! I lived at Alison Pointe Apartments for the last 3.5 years- 2 years in a one bedroom then moved into a two bedroom with my boyfriend the last year+. Honestly can’t praise this apartment complex enough. The complex is quiet, clean, and has a townhome community feel while being located in the middle of the town. They’re always keeping up with the grounds. Everything is within 10 minutes - groceries, restaurants, bowling alley, etc. It’s a great location that I’ve absolutely loved. The units themselves are clean and spacious, can’t get enough of the walk-in closets. The staff always went above and beyond for any of my concerns- we had our A/C unit break and it was fixed within three days. The gym is 24/7 access which is fantastic and the community center and

I love Alison Pointe apartments. They keep the grounds looking beautiful. The office staff are friendly and always there to help when needed. I lived there for 5 years. I had to move out of state due to illness in the family. I missed my home at Alison Pointe so now I am moving back.

They didn't open the pool until July and have now closed it for the season. It is 90 degrees today in Alabama. This is ridiculous. They told me I oay for an apartment, not a pool. No, I moved here for the amenities or I would have rented a house. Property is dirty, needs painting, apartments smell like mold.

I moved here in October 2020. The staff bent over backwards to get me in. The apartment is beautiful compared to our previous homes. They, like everyone else, are having a hard time finding ppl to work so maintenance is a bit slow but they WILL come.
