Had a niece who live there they said the manager wouldn't fix anything are for $500 for two bedrooms or just for one I don't think we'll be a good reasonable price if there was not upgraded
Scared of this place after a guy was gunned down here the end of 2022. I hate the whole Southside of Dothan and I live on it😢 the apartments itself is ok but it's been years since I lived there.
10/10 would not recommend. Property manager never responds. Nothing ever gets fixed. Apartments are run down.
Convenient & reasonable pricing....just also happens to be a hotspot for Dothan's finest too
Clean environment a good place to come home and relax
