Alexander Apartments

Please be aware of these apartments. From the day my lease was signed the AC unit was leaking and was never fixed properly which created mold in my apartment. The windowsill also have mold on them. I notified the office about all these problems yet nothing was done. Nothing about this property is luxury they paint the tubs which eventually chipped . Also had to wait for a dryer for two weeks when mine was broken. This property is very unprofessional and just money hungry please do not move here. Management sucks and unfortunately, they cannot keep leasing staff. Maintenance does not come in fulfill work orders a timely manner. My car was also damaged at this property because they’re money hungry with parking spaces. It’s more pay parking than free spaces. Save the headache and keep lookin

I can't say enough great things about Maegan, the Assistant Manager here. She is incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime there's a question or issue, she handles it quickly and with such a positive attitude. You can tell she truly takes pride in her work and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Maegan is a huge asset to this community. Highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of touring the apartments with Leslie. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the apartments, making me feel welcome as soon as I stepped inside. Her helpfulness and kindness were evident as she went over the details of the units I was interested in. I’m downsizing from a home and looking for a spacious and affordable apartment. I’ve already started the application process and can’t wait to move in. I definitely recommend stopping by to see the apartments for yourself. Their pool was amazing too!

Our first point of contact was Marisa (who does not seem to work here anymore). She was very friendly and informative. Her attitude and kindness towards us is what convinced us to move here. Since then we’ve had a multitude of issues, one of which flooded our apartment. We were left without hot water for an entire week and a half. Once the issue was resolved, our apartment flooded because maintenance forgot to replace the tubing to our washer and left it hanging out of sight. We tried bringing this up to the leasing office manager but received no response until a whole TWO months later. We have only lived at this property for 10 days, and the number of serious issues we’ve experienced in that short time is unacceptable. From day one, we observed roach activity throughout the unit. I have photos of dead roaches present immediately upon move-in, indicating the problem existed before we arrived. Despite the unit being presented as move-in ready, it was not properly cleaned. There was dog urine on the patio and along the primary bedroom trim, sticky cabinets and walls with food residue, a dirty refrigerator with dried food on the shelves, and even scribbles on both bathtub walls.
