I drove into Bloomington on a Monday evening and met Alex by chance at the FC Tucker office on Tuesday at noon. He offered to show me a few houses right away. First two didn’t press all the buttons but the third was a home run…perfect for my needs. Did he read me correctly so fast or just get lucky??? By 7pm that evening he had sat there at the house and patiently read aloud every word of the purchase agreement and other documents with me (sorry for that, Alex!). I signed that evening. Alex remained in contact and highly responsive through the closing, representing both sides of the deal to my satisfaction.
