Alessio Apartments

*DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!* Trust the reviews! I wish I would have read them before signing the lease. I feel so unsafe, losing so much sleep and full of anxiety. There have been a string of thefts MULTIPLE cars have had all of their tires stolen and left on bricks. Management have made it clear that they are aware of the situation but they are not doing ANYTHING to find a solution. Security NEVER patrols, where cameras are needed there aren’t any and to be honest there are so many thefts that I wouldn’t be surprised if management or security are in on it. The lefts occurred in places where access is needed. I don’t understand why there is security in the front when anyone can drive in. There should only be one way in and one way out until the situation is resolved or there should also be a guar

Emily at the Alessio leasing office is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond by maintaining great communication and ensuring we felt supported throughout our entire rental journey. Even though we ultimately decided not to rent an apartment at Alessio, I have full confidence that if we ever reached back out, we’d be in the best hands. We weren’t treated with this level of care or professionalism at any other complex in the city. Thank you, Emily, for your exceptional and attentive service!

Alessio has been nothing short of Amazing! My 5 years has been great living here from the maintenance team to the team in the office, very communicative and very steadfast in their responsiveness. Edgar to be exact has been amazing!

I was here for 10 months and cannot say I would move back to any Essex apartment. The management at this apartment is unprofessional and uncaring. So many times I would call and leave messages and never get a response. Fire alarms would go off constantly and we would never get a message saying whether it was a malfunction or not. The management here does not communicate well and they are slimy and greedy. We got charged almost $200 on top of our security deposit being deducted for “cleaning and paint” we left the apartment in great condition with little to no wear and tear and cleaned it from top to bottom. WARNING: DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! I literally just had a tour and got stalked and harassed by a resident while on the tour! Literally minding my business this man looked to be on drugs and followed right behind me and luckily my boyfriend was with me. He kept yelling nonsense and proceeded to follow us to the pool area. I called for security but they didn’t show. Thank god another tenant was there talking to us and he even said not to move in there. There’s car break ins and people stealing constantly. Don’t let the loos of this community fool you… this place is awful and dangerous
