Alcott Apartments

I had a life crisis going and management went all put to assist me in my housing and safety. I'm really enjoying my stay here and love all the apartments offer. There is also good variety of room types, prices, and layouts. Overall, nothing but good things so far.

Jeff & Jake did a great job eliminating all the items I need either repaired or tweaked. I appreciated how they kept me informed of what they were doing & how quickly they got the job done.

I really like living here! Everyone is nice and the amenities are really convenient. Wish I could just pick this place up and bring it with me whenever I (eventually) move cities.

It took us about a month just to schedule a tour. We had already seen the amenities and only wanted to view the 2-bedroom unit we were interested in renting. James finally scheduled us for a tour, so both my wife and I took time off work and brought our 1-year-old with us. When we arrived, James refused to show us the apartment because I didn’t have my ID with me, even though my wife had hers. He never told us beforehand that two IDs would be required. He then suggested only my wife go on the tour by herself, but she didn’t feel comfortable doing that alone. As we were leaving, James didn’t apologize, offer to reschedule, or provide any kind of solution. Instead, he came across as dismissive and rude. While the building and units are absolutely beautiful, our experience during the tour left much to be desired. The assistant property manager—whose name I don’t recall—made a comment that came dangerously close to violating fair housing laws. She also seemed disinterested in giving a full tour, asking us which amenities we wanted to see instead of showing us everything the property offers. Having worked in property management myself, I understand that high occupancy can sometimes lead to less urgency in leasing, but the lack of effort and professionalism left a bad impression. Beautiful property, but disappointing service.
