The only reason why this company has one Starr is because this is the minimum I could do in order to do a review. I do not live in Albany Georgia. I make over 7000 a month I called an inquired about properties. However, the owner decided to take over the Call was very belligerent for absolutely no reason as I kept the same calm tone with full transparency of what I was stating. To be honest The amount of micro aggression through the phone was completely horrid, and I refuse to do business with anyone like this or any company that also associates with this company please do not invest your funds with this company because if they can do all of this over the phone imagine what it is once you sign your name on those contracts. Remember, they need you as more than you need them.

Don’t go here it’s time that we start standing up against realtors like this in Albany. I paid $825 for a deposit he never went over his agreements or anything. I paid the deposit and he didn’t give a key Pat went on to say that I had to pay $825 plus an additional $185 which came up to $1000. On top of that I couldn’t get my key to the apartment until I paid an additional $1000 and he’s telling me that rent is prorated. He gets rude over the phone because I’m also trying to get him to explain it to me and tells me I’m going to be a problem and just come get my deposit. That’s overpaying and greedy it didn’t make sense. Just don’t go here beautiful place rude person very unprofessional. He also allowed others to view the property and I gave my deposit and never took the for rent sign down.

I viewed a duplex that didn't' have any working lights. It was ok because they advised me that it wouldn't be ready until Jan 1st. Ok, so I go on to ask if my offer letter would suffice as proof of income and he rudely repeated several times " your credit has to be perfect". My credit is great, I make 4x the rent but because of the way I was treated I wouldn't give a dollar of my hard-earned money to this company. They violate all kinds of Fair Housing laws. If someone ever tells you that you have to be married to live on their property, file a lawsuit.

Mr. Pat called me a liar after talking with his Secretary or what ever roll she play. That lady is evil. He was going to put me in a home until after that woman gave him her pre judging thoughts. She WILL cause him to loss out.

I have never rented from this company but they do offer a nice selection of homes and duplexs to meet you and your family needs.
