We are first time home buyers and we are grateful to have worked with Logan Olson. She did a fantastic job closing our home. She sat with me to review and understand the documents. I highly recommend her.

They suck. Avoid this company. They and the attorneys theu do not understand real estate inheritance laws in Texas. The spouse is entitled to half their deceased spouses interest. These lawyers told my fiance that he had to let his stepdaughter into his home to take an antique piano that he owned. She states she would not sign papers to sell if she half to pay any closing costs is considered extortion. The spouse died without a will. Alamo and his realtor Patricia Meadows orchestrated the sale and closing in favor of the three adult stepchildren. The seller,the windower on the title,did not receive 50% of the proceeds which by law he was entitled to. Lastly,Alamo sent a notery to my home unannounced for my finance's signing. My husband is selling a house from out of state and is using Alamo Title. They said they would send the paperwork in plenty of time to get it notarized and returned before closing. They sent it the day it was due. The first copy had the wrong name on it. The second copy misspelled his last name. All of this going on while he is at work. We have to get it notarized last minute and sent in immediately. His stress level is off the hook due to the unprofessional service of this company. 0/0 would not recommend.

The other reviews are from people who are upset about their own situation. The title company itself is full of very helpful and knowledgeable people. I just purchased my first house and they were able to call in some favors from people they know to get my survey completed in a few days so that I could close on time (actually closed 2 days early). Happy customers don't usually give reviews so I just did.

This has to be the most incompetent, disrespectful, rude and obnoxious company in this area. They took over 9 months to close on our land. They would not keep us informed on what was going on. They would not return our phone calls and constantly sent us straight to voice mail when we would call. Then they demanded $600 in advance saying it was needed to "finish" up the paperwork so we could close on our land. After they take our money they called us to say they had an argument with the seller and they will not close on the land for us and would not refund our money. They gave us a bunch of incomplete paper work saying that was our $600 and refuse to give us a refund! And that is just the tip of the iceberg!! If you want to buy something in this decade I recommend going to another title com
