Alamo Garden Apartments

After the remodel years ago the building quality is better but the walls are very thin. Expect to have 1/10 things fixed by maintenance (who are very friendly) but weve had a hole in our floor for two years that we've requested fixed and nothing. Management (if it's the same company for more than 6 months) is quite the joke. Just make sure you pay your rent online because we've had rent checks stolen right out of their lockbox. "Secure" yeah right.

if i could give these apartments a zero stars i really would i understand they are low price apartments but that doesn’t give the right for the disrespect in the office, whenever we have a problem for maintenance to come check out we always get turned away with a simple, someone will come when the work order is processed can take up to 24hrs it’s been months since I put in a work order and still can’t get someone to fix the situation I got going on which is concerning corporate needs to come check out this situation asap! Years ago this place was amazing was really happy! Now can’t wait for my lease to be over to leave do better

I would strongly advise against moving here unless it is absolutely your last option. Communication with the leasing office has been consistently poor. Despite multiple emails, phone calls, and maintenance requests, responses are delayed or nonexistent. Follow-through is unreliable, and commitments that are made are not kept. When we moved in, the apartment was not properly cleaned. We reported this immediately and were told that a cleaning would be scheduled and that the unit would be inspected for possible mold. It has now been several months, and neither the cleaning nor the inspection has been completed. We have ongoing concerns about mold and pest issues, including roaches. These concerns have not been taken seriously, and at one point we were made to feel as though our complaints

I think this was just about my mailbox key? I wouldn't really call it a complaint. I had trouble getting into my mailbox, and instantly the staff physically walked with me over to the boxes and helped me out, then wanted make sure that any additional corrections were made immediately. I just moved in, but WOW, this staff is very eager to make sure a person is comfortable... THANK YOU! AWESOME!

Dump . Everything about this place is hostile . Only place I ever been held up at gunpoint . Garbage overflowing no wonder the roaches are so big . Id sooner live in my car .
