Mr. Davis Short, the property manager, is what I would imagine to be the epitome of what any one could ever want in a property manager. After another property manager did not keep their word and call me back on the very next business day l, I called them back for them to inform me they had given the apartment away to somebody else. Mr. Short was genuinely appalled by the unprofessionalism and worked with me step-by-step to rent an apartment here. From the children to the tenants, it is clear that everyone adores Mr. Short. I had lots of questions for him due to the previous bad experience. He calls back and he leaves voicemails and he doesn’t make excuses. I asked lots of questions throughout the process to ensure success. He did not rent the apartment out from under me to someone else. He

This is the absolute best apartment complex my family and I have lived in! Our four bedroom two bath is spacious enough for a growing family of five! Mr. Davis and the staff here gets five stars off the top! They are very friendly and very professional. Any maintenance issues becomes their first priority and the grounds and pool areas are always super clean! They are also always finding refreshing new ways to upgrade Alabaster Bay! It's always quiet outside and most all tenants get along nicely! Ten stars if I could! Mr.Davis is the best landlord by far! He's never to busy for a kind smile and a helping hand! We've been here 12 months and resigning the lease! Thanks Alabaster Bay!

Alabaster Bay Apts is undoubtedly the best apt. complex my wife and I have had the pleasure of being residents of. From Davis, the property manager, to Jerry, the property maintenance man, they are all top notch. Numerous times, each one of them has gone over and above what's expected to make sure we were happy. If you're looking for a great place to live, I assure you, there's none better than Alabaster Bay.

We visit family here and find it to be clean and neat and we feel safe going there and parking our vehicle. Their apartment is clean and makes good use of space. There is a problem with back up into the dishwasher so they can't use that and their dryer does not work due to something with the venting system. There was also a hole in one of the closet that my daughter in law fixed on her own. They have gotten to the point where they don't even ask for assistance anymore. The complex though is quite welcoming.
