Agave at Willow Creek

Ms. Nini I haven’t even made my way here yet however when I say amazing to work with and a blessing I’ve yet to come in to contact with and the apartment it’s self is just beautiful.. I’m so excited for the future!

I have lived at Agave at Willow Creek for 2 years and the staff is great, attentive and very professional. I recently had a phenomenal experience working with the new manager Lauren. She has really made the apartments feel more like home. Anything that needs repair in your unit is always fixed very quickly, and if it's something they can't fix in that visit, they actually come back and fix it with whatever additional item/person they needed to procure in a timely manner. I could go on and on about how much I love living here.

When I originally moved here it was great. I mean at least acceptable. Let me be clear A HOME IS WHERE YOU MAKE IT. But in this last 3 months. It’s Been hard to feel that way. There’s no main office manager. A new face everyday. Most are super helpful And others you wonder how they even got the job. Nonetheless it makes it hard to communicate problems to the staff. Maintenance does a awesome job . Always respectful.Other than that I really wished they would settle in on a permanent head.

Not one to leave a bad review but this place... After reading the reviews you think it is actually a good place to live. Wrong! I walked the property and it is very ghetto sad to say but true. My move in day was this week and the staff is completely unprofessional and unorganized. Very careless and somewhat rude. I get to the leasing office and wait almost an hour for someone to return to the office. During my time waiting again in the office a current resident said I wouldn’t move in here it is a dump and a waste. That alone says a lot! So moving forward I was scheduled to move in this week but the day of move in surprisingly, the apartment wasn’t ready... So there was another apartment available and of course I walked the apartment before signing a lease (highly recommend) and the apartm

Do not move here. Place is an unmitigated disaster. Building should be condemned! Complex is extremely poorly maintained, only 2 maintenance techs to support this AND another apartment complex. The maintenance guys are super friendly and helpful! But there are too many issues for them to address adequately. For example water pressure is not adequate (faucets don't flow well). Hot water heater is down. AC goes down 2x a year. And pests - tons of them, many different kinds, and large (ants, cockroaches, and rats). If you live here - you are absolutely choosing to live in the ghetto. Do not move here for your own mental and physical well being!!
