If there was a problem, it was taken care right away! They made sure the tenants had comfortable living conditions. We have been renting before, several times, and none was as smooth as this one. Absolutely love Mr. and Mrs. Simmons. They are fantastic landlords. Simple to make maintenance requests and they respond incredibly fast. Monthly pest control and routine lawncare. I am extremely happy to have the Simmons as my landlord. On top of that they are an incredibly sweet couple.

Our experience with A+G Simmons Realty has literally been so great. They have been so wonderful to our family, going above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. We moved to Albany from out-of-state and they were extremely helpful during the whole process. Every time we have had a maintenance request or question, they are so quick to respond and get us taken care of. They are honest, extremely competent, organized, and kind. Absolutely the best people to rent or buy from! I rented a house from them for a year and were wonderful from the day I applied for the house to my move out date. They were so fast to repair anything that was needed. They truly are two amazing human beings.
