Affordable Rental Property Management

I have been looking for rentals and I saw one I liked offered by this company. Glad I read reviews before calling because I think Pam is most likely a problem lol

I would NOT recommend working with this rental agency especially agent Marc Pine. He is very unprofessional and rude. He accused me of having a co applicant because he did not believe that I was a single mother of 2 capable of providing for only myself & my children. He told my Realtor that I was a liar & that he did not believe my circumstances. After I submitted my $50 application he did not follow up with me or communicate with me. He sent me a text one week after I submitted my application from an unknown number saying “you was not accepted”. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this agency at all!!!

Hello Pam, did you read the reviews? It seems that you got a lot complains. Did you ever think about why? I would like to give your some suggestions. 1) Improve your communication skills - be nice and be patient..2) Do not hang up the phone without letting your customer finish the conversation. 3) Respect your customers time. Do not ask both the current and the future customers to change the scheduled time just for your own convenience. 3) Do some self training on anger control. I have done it a lot. It is really beneficial to the health. 4) Always tell the truth. Let the customer know ASAP if there are any changes. Please remember that your pay check is from your customers. You should try your best to get more customers instead of loosing customers. It does not make sense to win on the ar

We unfortunately employed this outfit to manage our property for 4 years. We would have likely terminated their services much sooner if I wasn't over seas. From the beginning we were unimpressed with their communication and professionalism. In the end we feel that they are, in our opinion, untrustowrthy unprofessional and dishonest. Over our final two months they avoided returning phone calls, ignored emails, hung up on me when I did manage to contact them, took money from us for services we did not approve of beforehand, and the list goes on. We have filed a case against them with MD real estate board and will be reporting them to the better business bureau. The negative reviews in here seem quote accurate. Do yourself a favor and find another property manager.

If I could give this company a 0 I would. This this the worst company to deal with. They never answer your phone calls; they are never available if you go to their place. I used to rent from them, and my bills were never sent on time, I had to call to ask for them. After moving, they kept my total deposit and never send me a proper notice on why. I end up suiting them, and they make up things to keep my deposit. They said the home carpet was new, but it was a lie since there was a big stain when we moved in. Watch your back if you ever rent front these people. Their secretary is rude and will hang up on you if you disagree on anything she is saying.
