Advenir at Lighthouse Point

We just signed our lease at Advenir at Lighthouse Point and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. The building is beautiful, high-end, and extremely well maintained, and everything about the structure feels solid and trustworthy. What truly made the difference was Miriam’s exceptional service — warm, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. She gave us so much confidence throughout the process that we knew we could trust both the building and the company behind it. We’re very excited to move in and would definitely encourage others to apply and experience this place as well!

I moved here in October and everything so far has been great. Recently the property came under new management and new employees. This has been a blessing. I met Miriam Hivon recently while inquiring about parking information and she was extremely helpful. Since then I have reached out to her about other things and she’s been very responsive and helpful. I’d highly recommend moving here if I was you. I’m definitely looking to renew my least before it ends.

Miriam has been so helpful since she started walking her. I love how easily it is to communicate with her and other members of the staff. I’ve lived in other places where it was near impossible to get maintenance repairs done and communicate with staff. At Advenir I’ve been able to get all needed repairs and concerns met very efficiently and I’m thankful for that and currently in the process of renewing my lease with the help from Miriam it’s an easy process.

Miriam has been very helpful with our moving process. She was able to send me a video of one of the units to see how I can accommodate all my furniture. She explained the application process thoroughly. Can’t wait for our move in!

I’ve had an amazing experience with the new management at Advenir Azora Lighthouse Point! The community has already improved so much, and you can tell they truly care about the residents. Miriam, the leasing professional, has been absolutely wonderful—professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. She answered all my questions with patience and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’m really excited about the positive changes happening here. Highly recommend!
