read your lease carefully before renting from here. They charge the tenants a portion of their property tax annually, in ADDITION to your rent. Ask them to clarify before signing away. No other place I have rented from does this.
I have my insurance business here for a while, and since Rebecca Duncan took over the leasing office has been running better than ever. She's responsive, professional, and truly cares about the tenants. Great improvement and great leadership!
Good prices for various different size units! Currently at 1,500sf but looking to upgrade in the near future ✅
