Please never rent from these people. Especially Candlewood Apartments. I have reported several plumbing issues to the point of needing to break my lease. The property managers will hire contractors to come and put a band aid on the issue while simultaneously faulting you for problems they are not actually solving. I have had water back up into my apartment, damaging my things. They never once offered to relocate me to a safer accommodation but instead suggested I simple have to deal with due to all the rain we have gotten in 2018 and that it was my fault for getting frustrated in reporting this consistent issue. I can not shower in my apartment without fear of flooding or even brush my teeth in the bathroom because the water will release out onto the floor from under the toilet. These peop

I just recently rented from them and I have no problems what so ever. They check everything about you, which is a plus for me because they care about who they rent to. They do what they say. They have no problem or isn't slow about repairs.They are very friendly and kind people. Everyone there is kind. The guy that answers the phone is very respectful and well mannered. They are well organized and I have nothing but great things to say about them and highly recommend them anybody looking for rental,homes and businesses. .

I'm pleased to have rented from Adcock Rentals for over twenty years. Manager Paige Burgess was always polite, professional and very quick to satisfactorily solve any repairs or issues. All members of her staff are professional, fair and courteous and willing to be of service to your needs.

Listing agent Paige is rude and not friendly to any of the renters. Been here for a year and not one hello or wave when in the area. Rude when you call. Acts like it’s not important. Jb is awesome and actually listens to your issues and try’s to help as much as he can to fix those issues.

The property manager is horrible. I don't know if she just generally doesn't care about some of her properties or if she's just dumb! We lived in the candlewood apartments, and moved in there because we thought it would be a good complex to move into. WRONG, they moved us into what had been the leasing office. They didn't even have it remotely clean before we moved into it but I didn't complain because the property manager is related to my husband. We had NOTHING but problems with bad tenants since about 8 months after moving in (I.e.
