Adams Homes | Shadow Crest at Rolling Hills

I just purchased a new Adams home in Shadow Crest and was asked to review a real estate agent from the sales office that helped with the sale. The agent Cheryl T is inexperienced and has poor communication skills. She also did not return phone calls in a timely manner. We had to rewrite the entire contract a few days later because Cheryl used an incorrect/old form. There is also the matter that Cheryl told me I would receive a $250.00 gift card from Lowes because the home I purchased did not have a garage door opener. Later she asked me if I would rather have $200.00 in cash instead of the gift card, I declined and opted for the gift card. Strange. She told me I would have it last Friday which was Jan.23.
