Deplorable customer service and communication. We were encouraged to build because it would be ready according to our timeline; this was a very important deciding factor as we were relocating from another state with small children. The house should be nearing completion now, but construction has not even begun. I was lied to about the permitting process and only learned the truth when I contacted the city's building department and inquired myself. The sales manager blamed production by saying they "dropped the ball". She reassured me and promised me a call the next day with answers and an updated timeline; that was 39 days ago and I've yet to hear from her. Calls, emails, and text messages result in NO responses from anyone. The sales manager actually answered my phone call and immediately
