Our family recently purchased a home in Trails at Woodhaven Lakes with Smith Douglas Homes, and we had an amazing experience thanks to our sales consultant, Michelle. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and uncertainty going into the process, but Michelle made everything feel smooth and manageable from start to finish. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly. What really stood out was her responsiveness—whether it was during office hours or after hours, she always made sure our questions were answered quickly through text or email. Michelle truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. By the end of our homebuying journey, she felt more like family

Please do not buy a home from this builder. First Michelle will say stuff and later deny she did not. We paid a deposit to pick out a design for our home and the products at the design center are a mess. Poor in quality. If you need the definition FOR BELOW STANDARDS AT $2000 then do business with them. Once you sign you can't get a hold of anyone. Birds of the same feather every employee of theirs is the same. It must be a culture thing with this company. Well I believe in accountability and integrity, and they know nothing about any of that.
